IV. FAQ

Are you open for commissions?ALWAYS! The queue can be found on the trello page. It typically hovers around 1-2 months long, but it gets done like clockwork. Each pic typically takes about 3-4 days, sometimes less.Payment is also required up front. We used to hold slots, but we were getting too many cancellations that were bogging down the queue. What are you willing to/not willing to draw?We will draw just about anything except the following:
-Underage characters
-Hate speech/ideals
-Excessive gore, blood, guts, etc
-Scat
-Rape
We might have missed some, but always feel free to ask!
ARE YOU ACTUALLY TWO PEOPLE?YUP! We are happily married. :DTuzz does all the art on the "Tuzzleton" account now, but Jazz is still very involved and does hers on "Jazzleton"Can I chat with you?You can always DM us to chat, but just a heads up, we are pretty shy and are terrible at small talk! No RP please. With scammers abounds we are VERY wary of people we don't know too. Please also do not contact Jazz to get in contact with Tuzz, or visa-versa. 'Tis rude. Can I get a drawing with your characters or OC's?Yes! We LOVE when our characters are included, but ask first if it's for anything explicit or something we are not in to (y'all know what we are about). We most likely will still say yes.Can I say Tuzz/Jazz are hot without annoying your spouse?Yes XD. Tuzz and Jazz were created to have fun with. Hitting on the character is fine, just don't hit on the person behind the screen.Do you do private commissions/why do you charge extra for them?We do, you just need to let us know during the initial payment/planning phase. We charge a small fee because private commissions cannot help our account grow. Why are shaded ref sheets or 3D model refs an extra charge?Shadows and light are rarely ever pure black or pure white, so a rendered sheet with no swatches leaves chances of colors being wrong. This usually leads to multiple back and forth changes, which takes time. Plus it is also harder to work with.
